Finding a trusted teacher

I lived life in a storm of worry and anger, my heart was a battlefield of depression and anxiety. Shadows of past trauma and grief loomed over me, casting their dark veil on my existence. A beacon of light pierced through that darkness when I met Caron (founder of Makoto ReikiDo). This meeting was not mere coincidence, but an alignment of life’s intricate tapestry. In her presence and through her teachings, she introduced me to the healing art of Reiki. A gentle yet powerful force began to soothe my turbulent emotions.

Deepening my practice within Makoto ReikiDo, I’ve discovered the teachings of Buddhism which expose the precepts and a path of wisdom and compassion. It taught me the impermanence of all things, the transient nature of my own suffering. It showed me the way to liberation, to a peace that transcends all understanding.

Now, I am no longer a prisoner of my past, but a warrior of my present. Each day, I practice applying the tools that carve my path towards healing and self-discovery. My journey is not without its challenges, but now I face them with greater calm and courage. For in the heart of the storm, I have found my calm. In the midst of chaos, I have found my peace.

Finding a compassionate Path

We are all healers in our own right, yet at times, we need a guiding hand to illuminate our path and reassure us that all will be well. Remember that we are on this journey together and you are never alone. Through the lens of Reiki, I have come to appreciate the preciousness of life, cherishing each moment as it unfolds. Living ‘just for today’.

Practicing Reiki has been a sanctuary for my spiritual abilities. As an intuitive empath, I can perceive and comprehend the emotions and energy of others. My practice is rooted in deep compassion for all beings, recognizing our shared connection, our unity.

Now, I extend the gift of Reiki to others in the hopes that they too can experience the profound joy of self-love. Believe me, it is within your reach! Even a single session can initiate the process of releasing stagnant energies that no longer serve you. It can illuminate conscious & subconscious barriers that hold you back. Reiki infuses your life with balance, harmony, peace and reminds you of your true essence – you are light, you are love.
