Code of Ethics
Our Code of Ethics serves as a compass, guiding us toward integrity, respect, and service. As members of Makoto ReikiDo, we uphold the following principles:
- Sacred Integrity: We honour the lineage and wisdom of Reiki, preserving its purity and authenticity and abide by the Precepts as foundational to practice.

Our Fees
Makoto ReikiDo operates on the Buddhist principle of Dana, a tradition of community generosity. Dana, beyond being an act of giving, is a spiritual practice that benefits the giver by opening their heart and shifting their mindset towards benefiting others. Makoto ReikiDo applies Dana by allowing clients to pay what they can afford, through a Supported, Standard and Supporter rates. This model offers a range of market rates for guidance. While acknowledging that services can’t be entirely free due to business expenses, they ensure accessibility for all, encouraging those in hardship to discuss their needs.
Our fee model:
Supported – Refers to the lowest price option to support you
Standard – Is the average market rate
Supporter – Refers to your ability to pay a maximum rate for the service
