Do you need time out to rest and rebalance? If thats the case, join us on retreat in the beautiful Rocklyn Ashram just outside of Daylesford. This retreat will help you to explore Reiki as a healing system. For instance, explore what it means to live by the precepts, practice meditation and understand how the concepts transfer into everyday life. If you are a practitioner an opportunity to immerse yourself into self-healing. So, if you are looking for an opportunity to rest, relax, reflect and restore this retreat will be for you.
Facilitator: Caron the Founder of Makoto ReikiDo is Master/Teacher and Buddhist Practitioner at the Tibetan Buddhist Rime Institute. She is also a mindfulness and meditation facilitator and a nurse. Caron has incredible insight, knowledge and understanding of the system of Reiki and offers a rich learning opportunity.
The Retreat Centre is in the heart of an Ashram Community tucked away in the Forest in Victoria.

Cost: $390 includes shared accommodation, vegetarian meals and teachings. To book a non refundable deposit of $90 is required. Full fee to be paid the week before the retreat.

|About||Join us for a day of relaxation and meditation and develop skills to gently move towards a state of peace and harmony. We will explore stress and its harmful effects and practice relaxation, meditation and mantra, each method able to bring about a sense of calm. Enjoy the benefits of spending a day in a temple home and relaxing with like minded people.
