Letting go and releasing

This meditation practice helps us to release, its through release that we heal. Letting go of tension, letting go of pain that we hold so tightly within the body, letting go the trials and tribulations of life that we carry. Beginning to bring awareness to this space of holding on tight and releasing and giving to allow yourself to heal.
