JUST FOR TODAY
DO NOT ANGER, FOR ANGER IS AN ILLUSION
To be angry is to choose to be controlled and is an unwillingness to release attachment and clinging. Anger is limiting and brings physical and emotional afflictions. Energy is life and allowing the energy of anger in simply invades everything in its grasp. Transmute anger into love and compassion for balance and equanimity.
DO NOT WORRY, FOR FEAR IS A DISTRACTION
Listen to your inner self and allow life and work to unfold. To worry is to be unsure of our-selves. If we listen to our inner wisdom we have opportunity to grow. Let’s acknowledge our place on earth and go forward with love and compassion.
BE GRATEFUL FOR ALL OF LIFE’s BLESSINGS
Look deeply at your life and see what you really have. Practice gratitude through your body, speech and mind and adopt a positive and constructive flow of energy. Allow your inner self to guide you in what you need.
PRACTICE DILIGENTLY AND BE TRUE TO YOUR WAY AND YOUR BEING
Love yourself enough to know that your actions affect others and carry a karmic burden. Working honestly, means being truthful to one’s self. By creating harmony in ourselves, we help to create harmony in the world and bring great benefit to all beings. See the confrontations in life as lessons and opportunity to grow. To be spiritual is to practice with honest effort each day. Trust in the practice with conscious awareness of the needs of oneself and others.
BE KIND TO EVERY LIVING THING
It’s our vibrational frequency that matters so lets see to illuminate our great bright light, our truth. Develop love and respect for others and our selves and be kind to every living thing.
Develop your heart and mind and release anger, put your heart and mind in order and release worry, let go of your attachment to feelings and emotions through the practice of compassion and realise your bright light
