Reiki Treatment
What is a Reiki Treatment?
A Reiki treatment is a non-invasive, relaxing process where the practitioner places their hands on or off the body. This allows the individual to draw on and move energy where it’s needed.
Why have a Reiki Treatment?
Life experiences can create energetic blocks within the mind and body, contributing to illness, pain, and suffering. A Reiki treatment helps lessen the hold on these energetic knots, gradually restoring a natural balance of peace and harmony.

In Person or Absent Reiki Treatment
1. Deep Relaxation and Stress Relief
Reiki encourages the body to shift out of “fight‑or‑flight” mode and into a state of rest. Many clients describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded after just one session.
2. Emotional Balance
Reiki can help ease emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and mood fluctuations. By calming the nervous system, it creates space for clarity, resilience, and emotional release.
3. Improved Sleep
Because Reiki promotes relaxation, many people experience better sleep quality, reduced restlessness, and a greater sense of night-time peace.
4. Support for Physical Well‑Being
While Reiki is not a medical treatment, many clients find it helpful alongside conventional care. It may ease tension, support pain management, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes.
5. Enhanced Mental Clarity
A calm mind is a focused mind. Reiki can help quiet mental chatter, improve concentration, and support clearer decision‑making.
6. Energetic Alignment
Reiki works to dissolve blockages and restore flow. This can leave you feeling more aligned, uplifted, and connected to yourself.
7. A Safe Complement to Other Therapies
Reiki is gentle and non‑intrusive, making it suitable alongside any mental health, medical, allied health or post surgical care.

What to expect from an in person Reiki Treatment Session
Your Reiki Treatment Practitioner will ensure the correct supportive posture lying or sitting comfortably, fully clothed.
The practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body. Many people experience warmth, tingling, or a sense of floating, others simply feel relaxed and safe. Every session is different, but the intention is always the same: to support your well‑being on every level.
What happens after the Reiki Treatment?
Your Reiki Treatment Practitioner may offer consultations if this is requested as the through the space holding for deep insight may arise. These inner arisings offer opportunities to work to overcome any problems arising.
