Our ANCHOR program offers a gentle, grounding experience designed to help you reconnect with your inner calm. Through guided meditation, mindful reflection, and a nourishing dhal lunch, you’ll be supported to slow down, soften, and return to a sense of home within your body.

A Nourishing Course in Homecoming, Openness, Rest and Stillness
ANCHOR – Returning Home to Yourself
Each session has a weekly theme based on the ANCHOR program Guided “Return Home” meditation based on present-moment and self-connection following a stepped process building to a complete practice.
The weekly practices can be used in isolation as a single practice or combined for a comprehensive meditation practice.
