20+ Years of Reiki Practice – Master Teacher of Makoto ReikiDo

Caron’s journey began in 2005, developing a deep, experiential understanding of Reiki as a mind‑based, awakening‑centred path rather than a technique‑driven system. Training in Western and Japanese lineages planted strong roots.

12+ Years of Buddha Dharma Training – under Khentrul Rinpoche and other teachers

From 2012 immersed in Tibetan Buddhism Caron attending a wide range of retreats, receiving empowerments, and studying teachings such as Bardo, Medicine Buddha, Chöd, Tara, Kalachakra, Mahamudra, Lojong (mind training), and the Six Yogas of Naropa, Heyvajra and Vajrayogini.

In 2019, through a lucid sleep practice infused with Reiki healing, she touched the clear light mind—a radiant emptiness that changed the way she understood life, healing, and teaching. From this luminous encounter, Makoto ReikiDo emerged as a lineage rooted in truth, clarity, and heart‑based healing.

Her Dharma training introduced the cosmology of Mahāvairocana, the Dharmadhātu, and the Three Diamonds, forming the spiritual backbone of Makoto ReikiDo. Her practice became a living embodiment of wisdom and compassion.
