Order - As a small business committed to keeping costs low, we use traditional ordering methods through our contact page. This allows us to offer a more personal and attentive experience for every customer.

Shipment - Physical goods are shipped via Australia Post or reputable courier once full payment is received. Delivery usually takes 2–10 days, depending on the option chosen. Any lost or damaged items must be resolved directly with the courier.

Replacements are offered at the discretion of Makoto ReikiDo. Evidence will be required for full assessment and decision making for any refund.
